This week signals the start of the new Shift season with Keller Williams Exeter. The program focuses on providing Agents with the tools and training they need to build successful careers in the industry, including training in business planning, lead generation, and marketing. 

The Shift Tactic #1: Mindset

The Shift Tactic #1 Mindset focuses on the importance of having a positive and growth-oriented mindset to succeed in the industry. The goal is to help agents develop the mindset necessary to succeed in their careers and overcome the challenges of working in estate agency.

At KW Exeter, we have taken the steps of The Shift Tactic #1 Mindset training module and customized it for our Agents and market. The steps include: 

    1. Setting goals: Agents will learn to set clear, measurable, and achievable goals for their business. This includes identifying their target market and defining what success looks like for them.

    1. Developing a strong work ethic: Agents will learn the importance of being disciplined, consistent, and accountable in their work.

    1. Staying motivated: Agents will learn how to stay motivated and maintain momentum in their business, even when faced with obstacles or setbacks.

    1. Managing stress: Agents will learn techniques for managing stress and maintaining a positive outlook, such as mindfulness, exercise, and time management.

    1. Staying focused: Agents will learn to stay focused on their goals and avoid distractions that impede their progress.

    1. Building a support system: Agents will learn how to build a network of supportive people who can help them stay motivated, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.
